Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper for final disposal of this writ petition giving liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representations before the Chief Secretary to Government of Odisha within fifteen days annexing certified copy of this order. The Chief Secretary to Government of Odisha shall consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners giving opportunity of being heard to them (petitioners) including the departments, i.e., Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department and Panchayatraj and Drinking Water Department, as the same are coming within the purview Page 2 of 2. of the aforesaid departments within a period of three months positively and shall intimate the result of disposal of the representations of the petitioners. 4. As such, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of finally. 5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the petitioners on proper application.
