The petitioner alleges willful and deliberate contempt of this Court's order dated 07.01.2026 passed in WPMS No. 58 of 2026, Pankaj Kumar vs. District Magistrate, U.S. Nagar & Others, whereby the District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar, was directed to take a decision on the complaint made by the petitioner within three months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order dated 07.01.2026, if not already taken. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's complaint is still undecided, which is reflected from the order dated 24.03.2026, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the Office of the District Magistrate on 27.03.2026 at 05:00 p.m. at Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Petitioner has not pleaded in the contempt petition anything to reflect that, pursuant to the order dated 24.03.2026, he visited the Office of the District Magistrate on 27.03.2026 along with all the UKHC010121882026 2026:UHC:5814 documents relevant to the case. 5. In such view of the matter, at this stage, no case of contempt is made out. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
