ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: a) ISSUE a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, order, or direction to quash the Impugned Auction Notice dated 02.01.2026 bearing No. SaSaSaNi/VaAa/Haraju/93/2025-26 issued by the 2nd Respondent (marked as ANNEXURE-A);
b) ISSUE a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ directing the Respondent Bank to provide a detailed and transparent statement of accounts, after adjusting all payments made by the Petitioner from 2017 to 2025, and to regularize the loan account of the Petitioner;
c) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date of auction, he has paid an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to respondent-Bank.
3. Learned HCGP appearing for the respondent No.2 & 4 submits that the auction could not be conducted on that day for want of bidder. The prayer that is sought before this court is questioning the auction, as the auction was not conducted, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition.
4. Accordingly this court is passing the following:

ORDER i. If the petitioner has any other cause of action, he is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iii. All pending I.As., in this writ petition shall stand closed.
