Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of office order dated 24.03.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001. The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner is allowed higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix, after completion of two years regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s case. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 28.11.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.18461 of 2025, titled, Rajinder Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
