Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.02.06 10:57:51 +0530 2 / 2 “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari/ prohibition, thereby to direct the respondent authorities to disburse the outstanding arrears amount of Rs. 4,84,453/- to the petitioner with applicable interest on it and alternatively to direct them to decide pending representation made by the petitioner pertaining to disbursal of said amount, and further to pass any other relief(s) which it deems fit along with cost of the petition in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the relief as claimed for in this writ petition, petitioner has submitted a representation before respondent no. 3 & 4 on 20.01.2026 Annexure P-4 which till date is pending consideration and, therefore, direction be issued to concerned authorities that is respondent no. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on pending representation within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that the claim of petitioner is against the Zila panchayat for whom he is not appearing. 4. On due consideration of submission made by respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent no. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner on 20.01.2026 vide Annexure P-4, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
