1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed an email copy containing written instructions from the petitioner, Kriti Kumari, wherein she requests to withdraw the Revisional Application CRR 3005 of 2022, as she no longer desires to pursue this litigation.
2. The said written instructions in the form of email, be hereby taken on record.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as she is not willing to proceed further with this case, the matter may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the State does not raise any objection.
5. Accordingly, Revisional Application CRR 3005 of 2022 [Kriti Kumari vs. The State of West Bengal], along with CRAN 1 of 2024, is dismissed for non-prosecution.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
7. A copy of this order shall be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
