Instead of filing the Execution Petition, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.When this Court expressed its view that the petitioner will have to approach the Execution Court for executing the arbitration award dated 20.12.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would now submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Executing Court. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 7190 of 2026 4.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to execute the arbitration award dated 20.12.2024, in accordance with the provisions of Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before the appropriate Executing Court.
