Learned counsel appearing for the respondents- contemnors, at the outset, submitted that in compliance of order dated 16.05.2019, the placement agency has issued order dated 30.04.2026, whereby the petitioner was directed to join and accordingly the petitioner has joined on 01.05.2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner, although, does not dispute that the petitioner has joined pursuant to order dated 30.04.2026, yet he submits that such joining is subject to decision of this writ petition and the petitioner has joined in compliance of order dated 01.05.2026 passed by this Court. 4. In view of above as well as in the light of the fact that the petitioner has already joined, at this stage no deliberate and willful disobedience has emerged, hence, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. 5. Notices stand discharged. 6. However, dismissal of the contempt petition would not prejudice the rights of the petitioner in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4446/2019. (ANAND SHARMA),J 94/Jatin
