1. Heard Mr. Yash Yadav, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, Panel Lawyer appearing for the Respondents/State.
2. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned FIR No.238/25 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 119(1), 127(2), 296 and 351(2) of BNSS registered by police of the Police Station Torwa, Dist. Bilaspur (CG) in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that charge-sheet has been filed before the competent Court.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy available to him under the law.
