The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is ready to settle the issue with the respondent/complainant and the appeal stands posted to 26.02.2026. He would further submit that as the petitioner has proposed to go on voluntary retirement, he seeks a direction for early disposal of the appeal. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the entire records. 4.
