1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted an application before the respondent no. 2 for the issuance of license for running medicine shop through online mode on 6th January, 2026 by disclosing all the documents to show that the petitioner has taken the premises on rent and also engaged the qualified pharmacists to run the pharmacy business. In spite of receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities have considered the application filed by the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted though the petitioner has filed an application and the same is pending, the authority will consider
2 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 6th January, 2026 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of.
6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
