Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The petition is filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue an order or direction, directing the respondents to forthwith release the seized amount of Rs.2190000/- and other articles in favour of the petitioner in compliance with the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalpi, District Jalaun." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that release application of petitioner was allowed by order dated 18.9.2025 against which State has filed a Criminal Revision No.271/194 of 2025, which is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Jalaun at Orai. It is submitted that ends of justice would be served, in the event, the aforesaid Criminal Revision is directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Learned AGA has no objection. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Jalaun at Orai to decide the Criminal Revision No.271/194 of 2025 within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
