By means of this petition, petitioner has sought quashing of order dated 15.05.2026 passed by respondent no.4 whereby petitioner was removed from the post of Bhojan Mata. 4. Facts of the case are that respondent no.4 invited applications on 01.07.2008 for appointment of Bhojan Mata for providing mid day meal to the students. Pursuant to said order, petitioner was engaged w.e.f. 01.07.2008 itself. It is the case of petitioner that she has satisfactorily discharged her duties for a period of about 19 years. However, the respondents, without conducting any enquiry, has passed the impugned order dated 15.05.2026 whereby the petitioner was relieved/removed from the post of Bhojan Mata. 5. It is the case of petitioner that while removing the petitioner from the post of Bhojan Mata, one lady named Smt. Munni Devi, who is working as Bhojan Sahiyika, has been retained. UKHC010118982026 2026:UHC:5654 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, no case for interference is made out at this stage. However, this much can be done that the petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation to the respondent no.3 within ten days from today. If any such a representation is moved, respondent no.3 shall decide the same within six weeks from the date of its receipt by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law. While deciding the application, the fact of long period of engagement of petitioner would also be given due importance. 7. Writ petition as well as pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
