The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder: “…..this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the admitted amounts to the petitioner in accordance with quality control certificate, dated 06.10.2025, for a sum of Rs.11,81,277/-, issued by the respondents, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order….” 2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors furnished a copy of Letter No.FIN01- FMU0MISC/350/2022(1778130), dated 07.08.2026, issued by the 2nd respondent, wherein it is stated that an amount of Rs.13,00,536/- was paid to the to the petitioner vide Bill No.2026-7831725, dated 06.08.2026. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the above instructions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
