Pursuant to advertisement dated 16.02.2024 petitioners applied for the post of Instructor (Sewing Technology). Petitioners participated in the written examination and were selected. Subsequently following the selection, in the written examination, petitioners were called for the document verification and in the document verification the petitioners were not found in possession of the Diploma of Sewing and Technology rather they were in possession of a certificate. 2. As per advertisement petitioners were required to possess the Diploma of Sewing and Technology while they were not in possession of the certificate, therefore the petitioners could not find place in final selection list, after document verification. This fact is also stated by the petitioners in their representation submitted before Secretary, UKSSSC. 3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners want the Commission to declare their result for the post of Instructor (Sewing and Technology). 4. Since the petitioners were not found in possession of the Diploma of (Sewing and Technology), 1 UKHC010113332026 2026:UHC:5820 therefore they could not found place in the final select list, accordingly no case is made out for interference. 5. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed in limine.
