This is an o昀케ce reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 04.11.2025 passed in MCRC No. 8789 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Naresh Tandon, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certi昀椀ed copy of that order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Judge/Judicial Magistrate First Class, to the Court of 1st Civil Judge Upper Division Bilaspur District- Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 26.02.2026 has requested for grant of two KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, one of the accused, namely Ramprasad, has expired, and the information regarding his death was furnished by the learned counsel. However, due to delay in receipt of the formal death report (fauti report) of the said accused, the recording of evidence of the prosecution witnesses could not be completed within time. It is further re昀氀ected that as of now, the evidence of 昀椀ve prosecution witnesses still remains to be recorded and sincere e昀昀orts are being made to examine the said witnesses at the earliest. It is also apparent that summons and bailable warrants have been issued continuously to secure the presence of the prosecution witnesses, however, their attendance could not be ensured, resulting in delay in conclusion of the trial within the stipulated time. In these circumstances, he has sought an extension of two months' time for completion of the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certi昀椀ed copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o昀昀 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
