As per the compliance affidavit filed by respondents No.1 to 4-State, the work charge status has been granted to the petitioner from 01.01.2007 on completion of eight years of service, in view of the law laid down in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 arising out of SLP (C) No.23016 of 2023 titled as State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. Versus Surajmani & another alongwith connected matters, decided on 06.02.2025 on notional basis. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. It has further been mentioned that the petitioner was getting pension from 01.02.2025 onwards. 3. Counsel for respondent No.5 has also placed on record a copy of Pension Payment Order which would go on to show that the DCRG of Rs.3,79,566/- was released to the petitioner alongwith other benefits like GPF amounting to Rs.2,00,790/- and leave encashment of Rs.4,12,740/- also stand paid to him. The GIS amount of Rs.3461/- will be paid shortly. 4. Accordingly, we close the present Execution Petition. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stands disposed off. (G.S.
