Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- Board of Secondary Education fairly submits that if representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be duly considered and adjudicated by the respondents in light of the dictum encapsulated by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Jigya Yadav v. Central Board of Secondary Education, (2021) 7 SCC 535. 2. Having heard the submissions advanced by the learned counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with directions to the competent respondent-authority to consider the letter/representations (Annexure-3 & Annexure-4) if [2026:RJ-JP:22288] (2 of 2) [CW-3964/2026] filed by the petitioner and to decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with the law, within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order. 3.
