Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record two notifications each dated 16.05.2026 and submits that the State Transport Authority as also the Regional Transport Authorities Mandi, Dharamshala, Shimla, Kullu, Chamba, Una, Bilaspur, Solan, Sirmour, Hamirpur, Rampur and Baddi at Nalagarh Districts have now been constituted. In view of above, the present writ petition to stand disposed of. It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of its grievances before the STA/RTA in accordance with law.
