Considering the submissions of both sides, the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 40 days and he has to further comply only for a meagre period, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.21607 of 2024, dated 12.09.2024. 4.
