Learned counsel for State submits that co-convict of the petitioner also filed similar petition on the basis of medical documents obtained from same hospital as in the present case, so the State needs to verify the genuineness. 5. Considering the above circumstances, the present petition is disposed of directing the State to treat this petition as a representation and pass an order on the same within five days after verification of medical records. 6.
