In this petition the petitioner seeks for the following relief: “Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent - Corporation to sanction and grant the advance increments to the petitioner as per the Board order No.KPTCL/B16/B59/9792/2009-10 Bangalore dated 22.09.2010 vide Annexure-A effective from November 2013, and provide all related financial benefits." 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that having regard to the fact that representations at Annexure-H dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19812 WP No. 21404 of 2024 31.08.2018, 04.09.2019, 08.07.2021 and 30.03.2022 respectively submitted by the petitioner have not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and joint submissions made by both the sides, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner, consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate steps/action pursuant to the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
