After some argument, Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant may be permitted to withdraw this applicant and appear before the concerned court and apply for regular bail. Some interim protection may be granted to the applicant as he is resident of Rajasthan. 2. Learned AGA does not oppose the said prayer. 3. This application is disposed of with a direction that in case, applicant appears before the concerned court and applies for regular bail within four weeks from today, his application for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4. For a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant pursuant to the Case No.2885 of 2007 (S.T. No.87 of 2003, State Vs. Rajesh Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.426 of 2002, under Sections 379, 411, 413 IPC, pending before the Court Civil Judge (J.D.), Sonbhadra. September 17, 2026 S.A.
