The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kanke PS Case No.317 of 2025, for offence registered under section 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate XXIV, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the allegations are made that the petitioner has taken Rs.10 lacs (ten lacs) and has not executed the sale deed, and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of taking money and not executing sale deed and even the cheque issued by the petitioner in favour of the informant, was dishonoured. 5. Considering that Rs.10 lacs has been taken and the sale deed was not executed and even the cheque issued by the petitioner has been dishonoured and prima-facie it appears that there is intention from the very beginning to cheat, and as such, in the attending facts and circumstances of the instant case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
