This is the 5th bail application filed by the petitioner herein. The petitioner for getting bail relied on the deposition of the witnesses recorded before the trial Court. Since this Court also being the Appellate Court and since already this Court already considered the bail petition on merits and dismissed, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to raise the grounds before the trial Court. 3.
