Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Indian in SLP No. 9492 of 2024 whereby vide order dated 11th February, 2026 the Apex Court in exercise of its power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India have quashed the proceeding arising out of CRR 2528 of 2024 (Prem Gupta – vs – State of West Bengal & Anr), CRR 5387 of 2024 (Ram Pratap Gupta @ Ram Pratap Aggarwal & Anr.) and CRR 4582 of 2025 (Prem Gupta & Ors. Vs Sonam Gadia) upon the mutual settlement of the parties. 2. Let the order be taken on record. 3. In view of the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court the present proceeding arising out of CRR 2528 of 2024, CRR 5387 of 2024 and CRR 4582 of 2025 are quashed. 4.
