Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.04.2026, whereby the Petitioner has been repatriated to his parent organisation, namely, the Border Security Force (‘BSF’). 2. The Petitioner was deputed to the National Disaster Response Force (‘NDRF’) on 16.08.2022. He was sent for training; however, he had to leave the same in-between on account of medical issues in his family. Thereafter, the authorities at the NDRF decided to repatriate the Petitioner. 3. Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been repatriated prematurely and now has to report to his Unit, which is posted in a remote area of Rajasthan. 4. A deputationist cannot claim a vested right to continue on deputation. This is a digitally signed order. Insofar as the Petitioner’s grievance regarding the time to join his parent organization is concerned, the Petitioner may submit his representation to the BSF. If such a representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of one (01) month. In the meantime, the BSF shall not insist upon the Petitioner to join his Unit till the time his representation is decided by the Competent Authority. 6.
