Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said Misc. Appeal has been filed against an order dated February 18, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna in Misc. Pre-emption Case No.12 of 2008 and the said Misc. Appeal has been pending without any substantial progress. 3. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of notice on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of 2 this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material- on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman to dispose of Misc. Appeal No.05 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. CO 1057 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. 6.
