Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 20.05.2026 and a copy of office order dated 07.05.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 07.05.2026 reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher stage of pay of Lecturer i.e. ₹47,000/- after two years of regular service subject to the final outcome of LPA and any other legal remedies. The DDOs concerned have been directed to 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 26.09.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.15570 of 2025, titled, Ranjit Singh and others vs. State of H.P. and others, has been complied with, except the payment of the arrears, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
