This is an application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail in respect of DRI Case No.14/CL/IMP/PS & CIG/DRI/GZU/2025-26. 3. Ms. Chakraborty has agreed that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 08.01.2026, the petitioner Sri Kamal Sutradhar has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating with the Investigating Officer. 4. Ms. Chakraborty, has however, objected to this Anticipatory Bail Application on the ground that there are incriminating materials against the petitioner in the case diary. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 6. Since the petitioner has been cooperating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserves to be detained in custody. For that reason, his bail application is allowed. 7. The interim bail granted to the petitioner Sri Kamal Sutradhar by this Court on 08.01.2026 is hereby made absolute. 8.
