It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Eviction Case No. 75 of 2021 is pending since 2021 before the SDO, Dhanbad. The S.D.O, Dhanbad has not proceeded with the same. 2. He prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to conclude the proceeding at the earliest. 3. Considering the nature of the prayer, I am not inclined to call for the counter affidavit or issue notice to any of the respondents. 4. Since the eviction case has already been filed which has been numbered as Eviction Case No. 75 of 2021 and is pending since 2021, I direct the Sub-Divisional Officer to take up the case and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably after completing all the formalities and after following the due process of law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments to the appearing parties. 5.
