In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish copies of the papers filed by the petitioner’s father before the second respondent in the revision petition filed by the petitioner’s father dated 30.10.2025 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent and since the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is an innocuous one, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
