The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order of his transfer dated 30.06.2026, by which, he has been transferred from Government Industrial Training Institute, Chamba, District Tehri Garhwal to Government Industrial Training Institute (Youth), Dehradun. 2. Learned State Counsel informs that the transfer order of the petitioner has been cancelled on 14.07.2026 and a copy of the communication received by him in this regard from Additional Director Administrative Training and Employment Directorate, Haldwani, Nainital has been placed before us for perusal. 1 UKHC010121402026 2026:UHC:5829-DB 3.
