The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order of his transfer dated 30.06.2026, by which, he has been transferred from Government Industrial Training Institute, Chamba, District Tehri Garhwal to Government Industrial Training Institute (Youth), Dehradun. 2.
