The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondents to amend the posting/transfer order dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P/1) in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P/4) of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is posted as Range Officer in Bakavand Circle, Forest Division Bastar has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty in Jagdalpur. Only 08 months is remaining for petitioner to superannuate and therefore, transfer of the petitioner at the fag end of his career would adversely affect the preparation of retiral dues documents. He also submits that the petitioner is discriminated from the other employees in whose place, other persons have been posted. Though, the order has been passed on 12.03.2026 for posting of the other employees in place of the persons/employees mentioned in Column No. 4, however, their postings have been made effective from the date of superannuation of those employees. Petitioner had submitted representation raising all the grievance against the transfer/posting including the grievance that the petitioner is discriminated before the Respondent No. 1, which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within specified time fame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to consider and take decision on the representation by the Respondent No. 1, she is having no objection to the 3 limited prayer. However, she submits that petitioner has submitted representation before the Respondent No. 1, however, under the Transfer Policy, 2025, Committee is constituted to consider grievance of the employees against their transfer and postings. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will submit fresh representation before Transfer Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy, 2025 and direction be issued to the concerned Committee to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted at the earliest. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 6. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the Transfer Policy, 2025 within a period of 10 days and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 7.
