The petitioner would submit that his grandmother, Pappamma died on 27.11.2008. It is his case that in the death certificate issued by the respondents her name has been wrongly mentioned as “Devamma”. Therefore, the petitioner has made representation to respondents 1 and 2 to rectify the said mistake. Since there is no response the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the concerned authority, i.e., the Registrar (Birth and Death), Nallur Village Panchayat, Osur, Krishnagiri has not been made party to this proceeding. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the newly impleaded 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 28.07.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
