Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i) That the impugned Annexures-P4 and P5, office orders dated 07.11.2023 and 25.07.2024, respectively, may kindly be quashed and set aside; (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner retrospectively w.e.f. the year 2007, i.e. immediately on completion of his 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 8 years of daily wage services, with all consequential benefits; (iii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the arrears of salary alongwith interest @ 9% per annum.” 2. Reply to the petition stands filed and in terms of the stand taken by the respondents, necessary order qua the petitioner has been passed by the Authority, copy whereof is appended as Annexure R-1. 3. In light of this development, this petition is disposed of with the observation that order dated 23.01.2026 qua confirment of work charge status be implemented in letter and spirit, as expeditiously as possible.
