Learned Counsel for the respondents, at the very outset, has submitted that the present matter is cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal, therefore, this Court should not entertain this petition. 4. The petitioner has sought compassionate appointment in respondent-B.S.N.L. wherein father of the petitioner was employed as Telephone Technician who died on 23.02.2018 while still in service. 5. Since the B.S.N.L. is notified before the C.A.T., therefore the writ petition is not maintainable, therefore the writ petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal which is a statutory forum available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievance. 6.
