The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S has been filed by the Petitioner for regular bail in connection with (POCSO) G.R. Case No.105 of 2026, T.R Case No.10 of 2026, arising out of Sunabeda P.S. Case No.194 of 2026, pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Koraput for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 137(2)/ 64(m)/ 65(1) of the BNS read with Section 4(2)/ 6 of POCSO Act. 4. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meantime the Petitioner has been adjudicated as a juvenile, he has Page 2 of 2. been released on bail in the meantime. 5.
