SOMA RAJU YELISETTI The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.7240 of 2024 on 05.08.2025, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….In view of the order passed by this Court and after hearing the submissions of learned counsel on both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 7th respondents to make payments to the petitioner as per the quality control certificates issued by the respondents to a tune of Rs.7,98,004/- on 24.06.2024, Rs.10,79,509/- on 28.03.2024, and Rs.18,37,967/- on 02.08.2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order..…” 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 05.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7240 of 2024 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
