Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection in considering any such representation being filed by the petitioner on its own merits. Taking note of the said submission, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn though with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent No.3, which, on being filed, would be considered and disposed of strictly in accordance with law, within a period of seven days from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the competent authority, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available under law.
