The Court had issued notice on 8th May, 2026. 3. Today learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 24.11.2025 addressed by Financial Advisor & C.A.O Himachal Road Transport Corporation Shimla, to the petitioner whereby it has been stated that due and admissible dearness/Interim Relief has already been settled/considered and no such arrear for the year 2016 to 30.09.2018 is due, as per BOD decision in this regard, as he has retired on 31.03.2021 on attaining the age of superannuation. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Consequently, in view of above nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present petition, as such, the same is ordered to be closed. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to challenge the said communication before the competent court of law.
