Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though he made best efforts, he did not get any instructions from the petitioner. In the meanwhile, the grievance of the petitioner might have been redressed, as such, the petitioner might not been responding to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner aggrieved by any other proceedings issued by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same by initiating appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
