Since the petitioner’s representation dated 01.09.2025, seeking for issuance of patta, has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that pursuant to the petitioner’s representation, proceedings have been initiated by the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation, seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He would submit that in due course final orders will be passed by the respondents on the petitioner’s representation seeking for issuance of patta. The said statement is recorded. 4.
