JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 14/05/2026 1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority. Counsel submits that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner filed a representation which has not been decided yet despite the fact that the District Collector, Sawai Madhopur vide letter dated 27.10.2022 directed the Commissioner of the Nagar Parishad, Sawai Madhopur as well as the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika, Bamanwas/Bonli, to take necessary action in accordance with law with regard to the representation filed by the petitioner. [2026:RJ-JP:20517] (2 of 2) [CW-14265/2024] She further submits that she would be satisfied, if the concerned authority is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest. 2. Permission sought for is granted. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the petitioner to file fresh representation before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. 4. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of its receipt along with certified copy of this order. It is also directed that concerned authority shall intimate the petitioner about the fate of the representation filed by him through speed-post or email, if an e-mail address is provided by the petitioner in his representation. 5. With the aforesaid directions, this Civil Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and concerned authority shall consider and decide the representation independently and strictly in accordance with law. 7.
