The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 516/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(2) of B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons are alleged of assaulting and causing injury to the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.12.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Balia P.S.
