In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of the Original Suit No.1252 of 2024, and 1 2026:UHC:876 decide the same as per law as expeditiously as possible and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
