By this petition, the petitioners herein are seeking a direction upon the respondents to pay them compensation, in terms of final award No. AC/LA/249-52 dated 19.10.2020 and draft award No. AC/LA/229 dated 09.12.2020 for utilization of their land, falling under khasra no. 271, measuring 15 marlas and khasra no. 273 measuring 01 kanal 11 marlas situated at Village Dheri Dhara, Tehsil Manjakote District Rajouri. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have made a representation before respondent nos. 3 & 4 on 10.03.2026 and 01.03.2026 respectively, however, no heed has been paid to the representations being made by them. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to Sr. No. 135 2 respondent nos. 3 and 4 to consider and decide the representations made by them within a reasonable period of time. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents are not averse to the proposition being made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos. 3 and 4 to accord consideration to the representations made by the petitioners on 01.03.2026 and 10.03.2026 within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order, by passing a speaking order thereon.
