This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.457 of 2026 registered with Chakan Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 140(1), Page 1 Sonali 915-ABA-2476-2026.DOC 126(2),118(1),118(2),191(2),191(3),190,352,351(2),351(3) and 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the incident took place on 29th May 2026 and in the incident in question, the present Applicant along with co-accused in furtherance of their common intention armed with iron rod, wooden logs, sickle and iron spade, brutally assaulted the injured. 4. There are two injured persons. The injured-Vaibhav suffered six injuries, out of which, one is grievous in nature and the injured- Ravi suffered three injuries, out of which, one is grievous in nature. 5. The FIR clearly records that the Applicant is involved in the crime. There are eye-witnesses to the incident. The Applicant is the main accused. 6.
