On interaction, she has stated that she is not in illegal detention and wants to go back to her parental home with her parents, present in Court. Since, Ms. ‘MM’ is major, she is at liberty to go wherever she desires. This habeas corpus petition is disposed of in aforesaid term. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
