GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP 4 The Court made the following Order: The petitioners have challenged the impugned proceedings dated 04.06.2026 whereby the 4th respondent had requested the District Collector, West Godavari to constitute a committee and to conduct a detailed field inspection and study to ascertain whether any irrigation channel has been affected by the layout in Survey No. 187/ 3A(P), 3B and 191/ 6 (P) of Velpuru Village and Grama Panchayath, Tanuku Mandal West Godavari District to an extent of Ac.3.99 acres. It is submitted that the layout issued to the petitioners was kept in abeyance on account of the proposed committee which is to be constituted. 2. The 10th respondent has filed a counter stating that the committee constituted would conduct a field inspection by involving the farmers and also submitt its report. That apart the counter refers to the civil suits filed by the petitioners against farmers vide O.S.Nos. 23, 32, 33 of 2024 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Tanuku, West Godawari District and the Hon'ble Court had appointed an advocate commissioner on application of the writ petitioner. Be that as it may, now that the learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No. 7 has placed on record the relevant proceedings dated 13.07.2026 whereby the instructions issued vide proceedings dated 04.06.2026 have been withdrawn and that the layout suspension is deemed revoked. 3.
